We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including the product model, size, weight, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flatbatbaseball@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
Normal marks, dents, scuffs, or wear from use are not considered defects. Flat Bat Baseball bats are wood training tools designed for controlled practice use, and cosmetic wear may occur over time.
