At Flat Bat Baseball, we’re a small business and each order is handled with a lot of care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped. This is necessary to keep our costs low and offer customers low prices.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including product details, quantities, and shipping information.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. If your bat breaks within a few weeks from something that would be considered very normal, please let us know what happened and send pictures and we'll try our best to help make it right.
