The OG is a flat wood bat to hit real baseballs and softballs with a round back that looks just like a baseball bat. It is a 2 piece bat with a rubber infused wooden handle connected with the barrel for "no stings" and lots of flex.
It helps provide instant feedback on what's going on with your bat path, launch angle, contact point and direction. Flat bats help you understand if you are rolling over and if you don't stay through the ball, which is why it is a preferred tool of even MLB level coaches and players.
