Unlike a regular round baseball or softball bat, the flat hitting surface gives hitters instant feedback. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flatbatbaseball@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
Normal marks, dents, scuffs, or wear from use are not considered defects. Flat Bat Baseball bats are wood training tools designed for controlled practice use, and cosmetic wear may occur over time.
